Verification Guide

How does it work?

Getting verified is easy.

Buy a ticket, or a parent/carer can buy a ticket for you and email it to your app account
Now start the verification process
Upload a selfie or a head and shoulders shot from your photo library
Upload a photo of your ID.

You'll receive instruction on how to upload your ID via email.

Verifications are usually approved within 48 hours but it is usually much quicker than that.

Photos: We use your photo to verify your ID and show it on your ticket so the driver can verify it is you. You won't be able to change your photo after it's been verified.
